<p align="left">If you want to make a bigger dish out of it, cook some macaroni and throw them in. That’s what my mom did and to me, chili was basically macaroni until I was about 20 years old. Crazy eh.</p>

<p align="left">Now take <b>3 or 4 Italian sausages</b> that you can cut into small piece or in quarters. Sauté them and add them to the sauce.</p>
<p align="left">Add one <b>4oz can of mushroom</b> with the juice to the sauce. You can also use fresh mushrooms.</p>
<p align="left">Cook over low heat for one to one and a half hours &#8211; covered.</p>
